Finally, some downward movement on the scale. I'd been wondering when I was going to move off this ledge. It's been frustrating over the past week or so as people have been telling me how good I look (though the mirror in the gym keeps indicating that I look stocky) that the scale tells me that my weight hasn't been budging. I wish I understood the whys and wherefores of that. Anyway, the numbers finally moved down pretty decisively.

That is precisely why I only use to weigh in once per month. It was a real let down, not to see the scale move or worse, go the wrong way. You seem to be able to tollerate those fluctuations though. I think your doing great!
