Happy Easter to everyone who celebrates it today! I need to get started cleaning my kitchen for the food I'm cooking for tonight. My compromise was I cook the ham and have dinner at my house but I bought mashed potatoes for everyone who wants them and I'm also making low carb sides for my DH and myself. My dad is on a low fat diet since he had his heart attack 25 years ago. The extra mashies will go home with my parents and the low fat margarine I got will need to leave too. Still TOM. I didn't lose any but I didn't gain any. Water weight is being stubborn. I should start showing weight loss again next week.
