Bodyfat from scales :13.9%
Waist measurement: 67.5cm

This loss is probably purely water and food loss. But better out than in. I did a lower calorie day yesterday(1200) to equal out my huge calorie intake the day before. I also had a very low salt intake and heaps of water to flush eveything out.
Looks like it worked even though the lower weight may be a fluctuation my waist measurement also went down 0.4cm.
ab challenge: I can still do the crunches and leg lifts in one go but I completely forgot to do the plank yesterday! I`ll do a plank in the morning and one in the evening today to make up for it!

wow... i am still on day 8 because i don't do during weekend and public holidays... but the leg lifts was real good that cause my tummy muscle! :) i wonder if the muscle that cause me weight gain.

It takes a long time for a female to gain a pound of muscle but it could be that your muscles are retaining water because they are growing and being used more!
