I am using this weigh in as a bit of a shaming technique. I got on the scale knowing the numbers would be huge. I had a weekend of very poor food choices as well as alcohol choices. This weigh in is a reminder to myself that there is a slippery slope out there. One thing can lead to another very quickly and can have large effects on the hard work and progress you have made.

Gotta roll with the punches though. Pull it back together and call it a lesson learned. Off to the gym!

Hey, Danyelle. I doubt you ate 18000 extra calories over the weekend. Some of that should come off quite quickly. I'm afraid of the morning weight in. I stayed inside calories pretty well (100 over on Sunday) but it was pretty junky. No excuse. It was a choice. I'm back home and will clean it up now. Back into the routine in the morning.
