body fat from scales: 14%

I am pleasantly surprised by this weight as I ate alot of dark chocolate yesterday I just couldn't put it down! that hasn't happened to me in a while and i'm happy there doesn't seem to be any short- term damage weightwise! I've learnt my lesson though I didn't feel very happy with myself this morning! Not beating myself up about it though I'm only human;-)
we have a busy week ahead, lots of appointments everyday getting my babies feet checked and growth and development check-ups for both girls. they are both strong and healthy and the perfect size (both bang on the 50th percentile in everything) but good to keep on top of things.
their speech is according to the chart slightly under but I believe that is due to them learning to speak and understand 3 languages from the very beginning.
just about to do the ab challenge more crunches and less leg lifts than last time so that is a relief.
ab challenge buddies, do you do the crunches all the way up to the knees or just half way sit ups? plus I will be adding "the dish" to it for the same amount of time as the plank. i should say attempting because I haven't done it in a while!
edit: 60 second dish was impossible at the moment i did 2×10 seconds. Forgot how hard it was!
Edit: oops 25 almonds at 5pm. Atleast it wasn't ice cream.

I'm not in the ab challenge but i have been gyming for a few years now and i think making sure your shoulders are off the ground and doing more of a crunch with a 3 second hold will give you a better strength build up. Good luck :)

I've been doing crunches and really thinking about the muscles I'm using. I also do incline/decline crunch/leg lifts. It also adds difficulty.

Definitely, never beat yourself up whatever you do because it's not productive! Only devise what you're doing to do from there on :). Looks like everything is going well ;) Wow 3 languages at once! But if there's a time to learn a language, that is definitely the best time! :) Regarding the crunches, I pin my feet beneath a conveniently placed furniture and I lift my upper body till it's practically vertical, but I do it very slowly :) I'm curious about that Dish exercise. I think I will also be trying it at least once just to see how it feels like. I might even incorporate it in my ab routine, in the split weight training :) heheh! Definitely! If you're going to binge on something, nuts and other healthy foods are definitely the way to go! You should feel good about that! :)
