I edited my goal again. The truth is I think my weight is good at 130, not according to BMI charts, but I see bones sticking out and the loose skin is pretty bad. I’m also getting told by various people that I’ve lost enough and I’m starting to look unhealthy. That’s not the look I want. I’m going to maintain the healthy eating habits I’ve learned over these past 9 months, but after the next pound, I’m going to start focusing on maintenance, rather than simply weight loss. My birthday is next Friday and I’m hoping to reach my goal and give myself one heck of a gift!
