Scale isn't connecting this morning, but weight is 161.9, which is fine given that I'm eating again and not suffering any adverse consequences this morning. In other words, moving towards normal. Capturing that and will fill in the rest once it does its thing. I did end up having to change the batteries. Okay, now I'm mad, it updated and didn't capture the rest of the data. Technology. Boo. Logging the initial weight and then the captured one which includes two cups of coffee. So be it.
Great walk last night, you saw the pics. Decent swim, will go again this afternoon. Starting off with a protein waffle and cottage cheese, the bread approach seems to be working for me, so not going to disrupt it. We'll explore more foods tomorrow.
