Good morning!
Just a quick weigh-in, before I go back to bed.
I didn't sleep much last night. I came home late from working at the gym, and it always takes a while before I can sleep after.
And I got up super early with Wife this morning.
There is zero energy right now, but I wanted to weigh in.
My weigh is right where I'm expecting it to be. Sure, it's higher today than my last weigh-in, but that is all just fluctuations. Looking at average weight over longer time shows that the trend is that my weight is coming down just like I wanted it to. I think I have gotten my numbers adjusted fairly well.
Anyways, back to bed. Need some zzzzz's. :)
