Its been ages since I have been on Fatsecret... I have had to dig deep since Monday 24th March - I got on the scale at 67kg, that's a weight I have not been in many years, and its not somewhere I want to go again.

I have been "trying" and I say that in inverted commas as I believe in DOING not "trying" - and it wasn't even trying really, I didn't go to gym at all and didn't cut as many carbs out as I should have. It has been an iffy attempt at best, up until today that is.

Yesterday I did a little bit of prep to get me into focused mode - I also bought Evox Pro Diet Protein Shake as I always find this product helpful in terms of weight-loss as well as motivation.

I don't like the lack of definition I see in my arms and legs - and I REALLY don't like the gut I see every time I pass a reflective surface. it's embarrassing having to continually remind myself to 'suck it in' and I am over it.

Looking forward to adding some great weigh-ins over the next few weeks and months :)
