WOW!!! Another 1 1/4 lb down, woo hoo! I DEFINITELY did the 21-day workout, choosing to do the one assigned for the day instead of the one I skipped, then followed up with 25 minutes on the tread climber. Looks like it paid off! Plus the diet, of course! Anyway, I'm very pleased, and this is the lowest my weight has been in literal MONTHS! I know I've complained that when I turned 61 in March I suddenly gained 7 whole lbs like it was the end of the world - yeah, I am a little obsessed. Probably not a good thing overall. Still need to focus on lowering bodyfat, because from what I can tell that number hasn't budged! Also still focusing on developing muscle. Last night I did the "Upper Fix," which focused on arms & abs. Definitely feeling a bit of tricep, even if you can't see it yet. Also seems like keeping calories in the 1200 - 1400 range is both effective & not leaving me starving (well, not much anyway). And cardio, yeah, still need to be doing cardio.
