Got in some walking this week & some weight lifting so if everything works out this week; hopefully, I'll be on the path to success!

What a great weight loss-keep up the good work. I was super busy last week and the past two days I have felt so tired I have done very little. Tomorrow I have some commitments so that will get me going. Exercise is on my to do list also. I will weigh in on Saturday and let you know how I make out.

Thanks! Been a busy week plus the rain has keep me from getting in any walking, but a fast pace at work has me on my toes & no time to stop & rest; hopefully, that will help some.
