Headed in the right direction. Still getting my workouts done but I also still need to work on my discipline with the portions. My wife's cousin cooked again this past weekend and naturally I went off the rails. I've noticed that making the workouts are taking more effort lately. Gotta get my head right again. Feeling too good to go back to where I was. AGAIN... perhaps the eliptical. May be just what I need to give me a kick in the pants.
