I was out of town over the weekend for 5 days to visit a friend. I did make some good food choices while there but also indulged some going out to eat with my friends, so a gain is not surprised. I am back on track now that I've been home a few days. Last night we went grocery shopping and we got tons of veggies and some fruit. Hopefully I start dropping again soon.
