Going out to breakfast with girls from work therefore unsure what my carbs will be for the day. So far I am at about half of my daily allowance. Had a very good work out yesterday! 45 minutes, 2.14 miles, 2% incline on the treadmill then 1/2 hour of pilates with Theresa. I felt great afterwards and had a little trouble going to sleep afterwards. I will likely not make it to the gym this morning because of breakfast. Friday is my last session with Theresa, bittersweet moment. I need to get her a gift for being such an inspiration and support to me and my efforts to get in shape and loose weight.
