Forgot to officially weigh myself for the start of the week so were just going to call today “Sunday”. 😂 I’ve finally made it under 230. I’m 9.8lbs away from a new air fryer.
Body dysmorphia is a real thing. Last time I did keto and got to 220lbs I started to look like a Bratz doll…I was not used to my “small” body and it made my head look huge! 😂 This time around I’m not looking too Bratzish…and I doubt if I do in the next 10lbs.
I haven’t went for an actual run in the morning for a while and now that we are approaching cooler weather I think is the perfect time to make sure I get those runs in. That way I can know I’m sweating from working and not sweating because its 6 am and its already 95°. I should have started long time ago but I definitely need to start lifting and toning. I was hoping that HIIT class and small gym would have been a good place but the one trainer was always late. Unfortunately I’m going to have to either do it myself or find a bigger gym with overcrowding and half ass trainers.
