Still having problem with maintaining focus. Still getting my workouts done. Definitely need more cardio. Faith without work is dead. Gotta put in the work. Will definitely start looking for that eliptical I've been lamenting over for the past year and a half. Then again, I can take solace in the fact that the weight is stabilizing. Hope to be sub 260 by year end. That's achievable.
