I've been having a lot of trouble getting over 700 calories a day, and it's put me back into starvation mode 🥲 the last two days were the first time since I've begun counting calories that I've consistently hit my intake goal. if anyone has any tips to help with adding calories when it's too hard to eat please comment! I try to makes smoothies every day but I'm disabled and it's a lot of prep work for me. need healthy alts please!!

If you're just too full to eat more food, I'd look for things that add calories without adding volume. Stuff like full fat salad dressings, butter, cream in your coffee, sauces, etc. Your body can process full fats, and you're adding calories without volume. Best of luck to you!

But if your trying to get more calories drink high protein shakes and eat high protein bars

I have a hard time hitting my daily protein goals so I drink premier protein shakes. You can order them from Amazon but I usually buy mine at Sam's Club cuz they are cheaper. The vanilla has 160 calories.

Definitely have a protein shake, I do the orgain power, super seeds, spinach, mixed berries, almond milk , water , and ice. Those alone are 600 calories that’s just my breakfast . Also you can throw in a protein cookie for a snack I do the munk pack it’s 360 calories. You always increase calories when trying to loose weight. If you don’t your body will store in the fat cells and make you gain weight. Make sure you walk or have a good workout.
