Another month gone and I'm still hanging onto this 3 lbs that's keeping me from my mini goal. Hopefully when all this snow and cold is gone I'll get outside more and move move move. As it is, I'm only going to water aerobics 2 or 3 times a week - it's just not enough it seems. On the bright side - I'm very thankful that I've kept this 30+ lbs lost OFF for almost 2 years now. Still looking forward to another 20 gone. Think I'll look into a FitBit like erwinwarrior83 mentioned in her post. Thanks Buddy!
