Ahhh... it's Sunday morning, I am well rested, had my morning water already, made coffee and a vegetarian omelette, and now it is time to weight in, read the news of the world, and eat breakfast. Today is a good day.
It started most amazingly with me weighing in at 600 grams less than yesterday. I though yesterday went fairly bad - I ate lunch at the little local buffet and spent (IMO) way too many calories there. I did not go over (much) but I was not too satisfied with the outcome. The food was good, though, and I regret nothing. :)
Last night, Wife made her famous mexican dishes. Oh, how I love them. She is so good at it, and I really needed it. I hated that I did not have calories to spare for a 2nd plate, but that is how cruel and unfair life can be for us skinny bitches. lol.
Anyways, All-in-all, I ended up 84(!) calories higher than what I feel comfortable with, but on the other side, I ended up 615 calories lower than what Fatsecret.com recommends. I guess I did not do bad, other than in my pretty little head.
7.5 kg to go and I will reach my initial goal. It is slowly getting within reach. Life is good.
