Day 16
Got up this morning and got my workout out the way. Now I have the rest of the day to do whatever needs to be done. I probably should do a bit of meal prepping/bbq since I have time. Probably just meat to put in salads. OMAD with my mason jar salads was simple and easy for me to do. I just wish I had more mason jars. I know they sell them at the stores or even goodwill but I’m trying to keep from buying things I’m going to loose interest in in a week. (Jump rope, hula hoop, skates 🥲)
The sausages I liked to buy because I have a coupon on them on the ibotta app I just realized they have 7g of carbs in them! 7G! They’re not even as big or good as the 1/4 hot dogs I also buy which only have 2g. I won’t be buying them again and the remaining ones will be used at whatever friendsgiving/dinner. Someone will enjoy them. Not me.
2 weeks til my bdays and I was hoping to be a little closer to my next milestone of 220 especially with the holidays approaching. I’m going to start getting my keto/low carb thanksgiving dinner menus together. Usually it’s a friendsgiving and we bring stuff and cook stuff together. I know for a fact I’m making deviled eggs, regular and avocado as well as cauliflower mac n cheese with bacon and jalapeños! Those are my must for the holidays. 😋

Processed meats are always suspect. They're high in sodium, nitrates, sugar, fillers, MSG. Try to get real cuts of meat if you can without the additives. They're not adding those things with your health in mind.

Thank you. Ive been leaning towards clean keto because my body is not doing as well with dirty keto as it did 3 years ago.
