Okay - thats a little better. Did not even get all my workouts in last week but was real careful about the intake. Been wearing a Polar heart monitor watch. I have been using it to see what my calorie burn is compared to what the exercise list shows here. All of the things I have checked so far are off quite a bit. So I have been adjusting my numbers instead of using the numbers the exercise diary shows. Water has been my problem on the weekends, gotta drink more water!!!
