So, I'm not really sure if this weigh in 'counts' as I weighed myself after breakfast! Usually I weigh myself first thing after before food or drink. I suspect I am probably about the same after sticking about 2lbs of food down my gullet.

Niece's wedding is a little over a month away, so I know I can do this! I still love my wine and I don't want to give up 'everything'. I tried the wise switch to vodka seltzers my friend has, but it's not about the buzz, I really like taste of wine, it makes me happey and it helps me sleep. That's another thing to deal with on another day. Works been crazy, sleep has been illusive. One thing at a time, it'll all come :-)
