[ am happy today, my food intake is going ok
but I get hungry between 5pm and 9pm
I don't know how I'll go. i

I am going to be strong (hopefully} between 5 pm and 9 pm because that is my ravenous hunger time. i have 6 eggs cooking for when I feel like have to have something to eat. I'll keep them in the fridge.
it is 6 pm over here. and we will be soon coming to spring
