I feel great today! Lost 2 and a half pounds this week and it wasn't that difficult. I got to sleep in today too because of a 2 hour delay for the School, so was nice to get an extra couple hours in before this weeks weigh in. I honestly wasn't sure if I had lost any or not. Just does go to show that with alittle disapline that it can be done, even with my late night trips to the restroom that utminatley results in an extra 500-1000 cal most nights for me. Think if I hide the goodies before going to bed then I won't see them to my many trips by them that it may help. So all in all had a really good week seeing that the scale tipped in my favor. Hope everybody had a good week as well!!!
