Well I had a Doctors appointment yesterday and it was discouraging. I found out that the medications I'm on for Rheumatoid arthritis is what caused me to gain some weight and I have systemic inflamation that is adding the rest of the weight, so this weight is going to be very hard to lose. I have a list of food types to avoid because they cause inflamation and bloating, the biggest culprit of all is wheat and gluten. Go figure. I got a cortesone shot to help with some of the inflamation so maybe my weight will tease me and go down a little in a couple of days. Sticking with most of my diet and my excersize so we shall see what happens over time.

Dont feel bad I was just recently put on medication that has caused me to gain weight, I know how discouraging that can be especially after I have worked so hard to lose 45 pounds keep your head :)
