No weight change between fri-mon. But it's a good thing. It means that I'm definitely learning how to keep the balance on the weekend. This weekend was the first one that we didn't order nothing from Uber Eats. And we have all homemade delicious food. Also was important for us to have a no sugar weekend. Yesterday we had a guilty free ice cream...
But I'm really happy. Because despite the scale doesn't show me any difference, the metrics has a different story to tell... And Im 2 cms down... It means A LOT to me!!!
