So today I'm posting the ugly truth - my weight is definitely up. So discouraging😕
I have been taking a look at my food log by clicking on the List view, and I can see a definite upward trend in calories. Yep, gonna have to buckle down & get my calorie intake back to reasonable levels. Also put in 40 minutes on my Tread Climber, but like they say, you can't out-exercise a bad diet.
Still working on clearing out my freezers. Yesterday I found what I thought were turkey cutlets, well turned out they were rather large turkey breast portions. So I have some leftover turkey, and am planning on making Primavera and Dumplings over the next couple of days. I have some low-cal recipes for both, they include lots of veggies. But tonight we're eating out (like we always do on Fridays), and my hubby will probably want Chinese. We finally found a decent restaurant not too far from home. Cashew Chicken sounds good. Lunch today is 1/2 turkey sandwich and a salad. Might make up for that chocolate cake I just had - I eat a generally healthy diet, now if I could just leave the baked sweetie treats alone. Or at least plan better to include them in small doses! Anyway, hope everyone has a great Friday!
