Tim,Switching to leangains today. I was doing the 1200 a day for 6 weeks but think it was not for me. I am planning to get the things that I need asap. For now, I will work with what I have. Will let y'all know how things go. I think keeping around 1500 cals a day would be a smart move because I was starving and then in turn making all the wrong choices at the end of the day.I am wondering if there is anything that is forbidden? I'm not sure if I got it right about coffee creamer? Is it only forbidden during the fast or always?
