I'm pleasantly surprised by how well weight watchers is working for me, but also how much easier I find it to be than south beach this time around. I don't struggle to find things to eat and have a difficult time making dinner; it's making eating so much less stressful; I like it!

This is one of the best diets I have ever been on. Nothing is off limits, you just have to think twice about your choice. And the fact that you have 35 extra points a week allows you to not get down if you go over points. Keep it up! In 3 months I lost 15 pounds last year. Now I am determined to do it again. You can do this!!!! Good Luck!

I'm on the same boat as you; just switched from SBD to WW and I'm loving it! So much simpler to have nothing be off-limits. Now that I know I can eat anything I want, I find myself choosing healthier options, because I don't need the formerly forbidden foods that often (or ever, really. But it's nice to know that I can eat them).

Gee thanks Karen... I'll admit it... this is much easier, but we'll see if the weight keeps coming off. It just makes dinner time much easier. I am hungry though and I wasn't with south beach!
