Maintenance Day 59
Waist = 34 1/2"; Down 1/4"

Not fooled for a second by the unearned drop. Untracked eating yesterday for the first time since Feb. And ice cream. Real fuckin ice cream. I had forgotten about that shit until #2 reminded me last night. That's gotta indicate some kinda codependent stress eating thing....

It stops now, or, history shows, it doesn't stop until Spring... Off to a full weigh-in and plan that supports my downrange focus these next couple of weeks.
