Well, I have been screwing up royal but still managed to lose half a pound. Atleast it didnt go up and some of the junk food I like the most is dwindeling* down. I woke up at 3 in the morning to use the restroom and before I knew it, I ate a jelly filled doughnut and then realized what I did. I sleep eat sometimes and dont realize til afterward. I think I should start hiding the "good stuff" before I go to sleep so I will atleast eat something better for me that doughnuts and crap like that, lol. Anyways, this is a new week so try try again!!! :)
