I'm not really thinking of this as a true gain or something to be bent out of shape about. It's a difference of a pound and my weight can fluctuate as much as 3lbs up or down in a day, so this is not bad at all--IMO. Actually, I think this is an indicator that I am maintaining my current weight, which while not being an all time adult low weigh in is still the lowest in a while. (I am 10lbs lighter than my pre-pregnancy weight! :-D!!!!) This weigh in is post breakfast with clothes on, so I may even be lower than 144lb, but I'm not going to sweat whatever difference that may be. My objective is mainly to report in for accountability.
