Hi all, so I am back to where I did not want to be (in the 90's). Breastfeeding and sticking to a diet has been rough. I am convinced that in one day I eat the amount of calories the average man eats in a week, haha. But all jokes aside, I don't think the amount is the problem but the type of food as I am grabbing for the easy and unhealthy snacks so I need to start getting back on track. I started the morning out really well with boiled eggs, cream cheese, tomato and provita and also a bit of yoghurt. Good luck with the week everyone!

Hey, you've been through alot and breastfeeding is a job on its own... be kind to yourself, you need the extra calories for that liquid gold you're producing. One step at a time. All of the best!

what JungleWoman said.. and if you can, treat yourself to some healthy snacks so you can graze.. whether it's berries and yoghurt or chia seed pudding, or other high fiber, tasty and comforting meals. make the healthy food more accessible than the low nutrition foods.
