A little weight gain today, but not bad considering I ate a HUGE dinner with a LARGE (read: Enormous) drink. Good thing is, it was a Coke zero and all vegetables, except for maybe 15g of chicken breast. I did not care for the meat, so I simply skipped it.
I am curious if I lost more tomorrow. Life is good.
