The lowest I've been yet. Also the 40lbs lost mark. O.O I've been hovering just above it for months now. I just hope the number sticks. Wrapped my problem foot with a bandage yesterday and went for a walk at the park. I was only a little achy. And boy could I tell that my body hasn't been walking in a while. So many muscles stretching and joints adjusting to what I was asking of them. Going to take it nice and slow and work back up to where I was with walking/jogging. And then I'm going to go further. The weather is beautiful again today, so I have plans to get back out to the park and walk again!! :D Going to increase the distance by .5-1 mile. Feels so good to wake up with that sore worked muscle feeling. Going to try and get hubs out there running today. I think he's going to take this tackle box too and fish in the pond afterwards. ^.^ Besides that housework. I'm thinking of making beef stew today. Good for you and easy to make. And now I do believe it is time for coffee.
