I went off intermittent fasting and for a week have been on a binge of sugar and breads. I've followed intermittent fasting off and on for 4 years and I think it has exacerbated my hunger hormones so I am overwhelmed by cravings. Now I am going to get back on track and follow a higher protein, fruits/veggies, some carbs, combined with exercise, to get this old body feeling and looking better.
