22 weeks left in the year - I am feeling more confident, despite my yo-yo game with my scale (which evidently is going to be ongoing!) that I should be able to reach my current goal by then. Not sure if I want to take a break at that point for maintenance and to allow my set point to REset; or set a new goal and keep going. I have time to think about that!

You are doing so well! That’s a great point- I’m still far away from my first goal (I may have made the first goal of 100 lbs a bit too lofty lol) but I hadn’t considered doing a period of maintenance to reset before moving my goal again… now I’ll have to think about that too!

WGH: You started FS about a month after I did. We are losing weight at about the same rate I think; you won’t recognize yourself by the end of the year! 100 pounds is a pretty ambitious goal, without a doubt; but I am completely confident that you will get there! 📣 😁💐

I picked the weight I did simply because it means that I will be out of the “medically obese” category. But it was always meant to be a mid-point, not final, goal.
