Dang! Boom, Zowie!!! I like it.

Well I did until my son came in and I fixed my famous satay dinner (not so bad) but the wine and the two apple turnovers later in the evening really blew the happy time this morning right into the file 13. Way too many carbohydrates, way too much food for the hope of posting good numbers. It was an anomaly for sure. Fell off the horse, now to get back on it and ride Chuckie, ride!!!

Last night after 2 hours after the last meal the blood glucose level read 101 mg/dl. This morning after Fasting for 10 hours the blood sugar read 105 mg/dl.
