Official weigh-in today, which only had me down .6. I am trying not to be disappointed.... a couple observations: I had more sodium yesterday than I usually do, definitely learning that lesson. Also shows that I actually gained at least a few pounds between when I did my 'official' starting weight and when I really started the program. Oh well... now on to next week. I'm doing well at adjusting to better food choices, so that's a win. And I have definitely done well at limiting calories... LOTS less than what I normally eat. So... I just have to believe that in the end it'll all work out. Tomorrow is another day :)
