Disappointed that I am still "stuck" at 170 lbs. In spite of all the extra gardening and keeping my food intake at between 70 and 80% of my recommended intake, I still am not losing.

That is so frustrating when that happens. Now that I'm back to calorie counting I'm finding that in order to lose anything I have to stay at 1200 on sedentary days and 1300-1400 on exercise class days. The good news is, I'm finding the Fatsecret food tracking so easy to use on my phone that it's no longer a big deal to track. With Spark I had to pull out my laptop every time I ate because their app just didn't work well on my phone.

Bummer Gail. I have been in a long plateau and really want to see the scale move. Of course all we can do is stay on track as best we can. I've been less active (down with the cold virus and asthma) but I just need to rest and recover. We can do this! It just takes consistency, persistence, and patience.

It does happen but stick with it and you will get over the top of it. You can try different exercises or even eating a little more, anything to break the block
