After a really,really bad weekend. I’ve hit my heaviest weight so far, and I just can’t do this anymore.
I hate to admit it but I need help, and there is probably no shame in admitting that, but this is what it has come to. I’m going to look at joining a proper gym, with trainers that can help me at every second, also look deeper into my eating habits. I know I’m a sneaky eater as well as a comfort eater.
I need HELP, I can’t do this on my own and if I don’t implement something now, take that giant leap or first step, where am I going to be by the end of the year.
