Didn't eat much during the day, but we met our friends for dinner last night at a great restaurant out in the sticks. I had 3 or 4 glasses of wine, which is 2 more than usual, and I was feeling it in the middle of the night -- a little nauseous and sweaty. Was very surprised to wake up to a 2-lb drop. Alcohol must be dehydrating.
Mr Coco and I both had the same entree and dessert: hickory smoked duck breast and bread pudding. Had to be a load of calories, but it was fabulous. I'll eat better today.
