Well, I definitely slowed down a bit this week. Especially considering that I am a day late for weighing in already. Maybe all that craving for something salty had something to do with it. Hhmm. Anyway, I am still happy with my 4 lbs loss in the last 8 days. And I will definitely keep on pushing until I reach my goals! =)

It's good to be back here too! For some reason, I cannot connect to the web version using my mobile. So I can only read journals when I am in the office (where I usually leave my laptop). Anyway, I'm definitely looking forward to reading updates from everybody today! =)

You seem to be losing at a breakneck speed. Two pounds a day is incredible.

Do you mean eating only 200 kcals by saying pushing? That is too little, and you are going to gain your weight back when you go back to eating healthy. Like I did, even though I ate around 600 kcals a day.

Hi annieozzy! I am planning to maintain this diet and exercise plan until I reach a certain weight. Then I will be adjusting slowly which I expect would slow down my weight loss and when I reach my target weight, I will settle on a maintenance diet and exercise plan. This is all experimental of course. But it's a risk I am willing to take if I am going to make this a lifestyle. =)

yeah, looks like you're doing great. But i hear ya, I HATE CRAVINGS! Once I crave, I CAVE. :( keep up the great work, you're doing it. :)
