Bonked under the bar yesterday. No lift today. Rest. Rocking #1's shorts. Comfy. Bwahaha! Cleaned out summer clothes. Everything's too big. Shopping manana. Deals advancing. Kids absent and silent Neighbor girl invited herself over, so body fat % is approaching the sweet spot. Or the shorts... Pop's been doing the dishes. I've been leaving them for him Progress all around. Full weigh in tomorrow.
