My doc wants me to eat 1200-1400 a day. I am 65 , at that amount I gain. Truly!!
A younger, more active individual can of course consume much more than I do. My son eats 3200 a day and it works for him.
I eat a varied diet, and take a good multi-vitamin&mineral pill daily with breakfast.
Good health is much more important than a number. Please take care of you. In all the world, we only have one you!!
