Hey guys! I have started my journey a month ago and a friend recommended this app to me- I have no idea how it works.... I need to loose my mummy tummy ....I need to shake off about 10kgs - please help and any advise is welcome:) I try to eat less calories and try to stick to the plan of eating healthy.... I go to the gym regularly...

Calorie counting is easiest, worked like a bomb for me. In 3 months I lost 16 kgs, with little effort. For women you should try to stay between 1200 and 1500 kcal per day. Best way for that is to avoid any processed food, that stuff is loaded. Beans, split peas, vegetables and fruit are perfect, you can fill up and still won't go over the mark. And do some exercise every day, like walking through the neighborhood fast for 30 minutes.

I have joined a local bootcamp for a 4 week challenge and then also going to the gym atleast twice a week… last year was a bit slow as I didn’t have as much motivation as I do now so hopefully this year I’ll reach my goal:)
