So weighted myself this morning because I couldn't believe I gained weigh.. then I thought about it.. I normally weigh myself in the morning! so here go day 1 back on the bangwagon!!

It's best to weigh in the same day, same time, same scale and same clothes for the most accurate reading. If you weigh yourself at night, you can be much heavier than in the morning. It depends on a lot of things. Great job on the loss.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. I normally weigh myself in the morning in the nude (easier that way) on the same scale. But last night I got on here.. and I was like oh yeah.. and I weighed myself with full clothes and put it on the site.. I'm blaming it on my cold.. im not thinking in full thoughts-- lol.. --- thanks by the way... this is so much easier then trying to go at it alone!!

Same here... straight after going loo in the morning I strip off and weigh myself lol
