I know this is retained fluid (my old nemesis, Salt Addiction, won the last couple of rounds.) My calories for the last couple of days have been noteably below target so that’s not it. Still … so frustrating!

Do you weigh yourself wearing the same things and in the morning before you have a coffee? I mean 5lbs of clothing/fluid is pretty normal.

I do … believe me, I have done just about everything to try to tweak the scale into giving me a nicer number 😁! Now I get up, use the loo, and weigh in. Same pjs every day, (so loopholes there either.)

I haven’t been walking for the last few days either, and I’m sure that doesn’t help. Years of working nights means I sleep late now, and lately it’s just been too hot by then.

I am in the same boat, I am trying to just record once a week but I can feel the retained water and bloating, I feel awful! You are not alone, and hopefully once this heat passes we will see good results. Not being able to go walking probably hasn’t helped me either 😫
