Very good week. Stuck with the portions and got all my workouts in. So close and yet so far. Co-worker told me that I need to buy new clothes. Said that the clothes I have on are falling off me LOL. One thing for certain, I like the way I feel now and I am certain that I do not want to go back to the way things were. I guess there really IS something to this portion control thing. I just have to resolve and commit. BTW, still wondering what it would be like to have that elliptical. Think I am gonna take the plunge and buy one.
