My carbs are way over again:( I am excited to begin the Pilates Dtox at LTF next week. I am hopefull this will be the ticket to some significant weight loss. Basically the program includes 2 hours of Pilates/week and utilizing the dtox kit (suppliements) and eating a clean diet (just fruit/vegies and protein). I will have to eliminate my nightly coffee at work but that should be ok I usually just drink 2 cups a night. The hard part will be no rice/quinua. This will be good for my carb intake. I believe the Dtox lasts for 12 weeks. wish me luck!
